Looks like on Sat 25th, Strictly will be starting on 6.35-8.05pm. So probably a 30-45 min clash against the X Factor. The clashes will probably be the main reason why XF2008 might miss out on surpassing BGT2008's official average of 10.2m.
Only 20 minutes:

6.15 Totally You've Been Framed
7.15 Harry Hill's TV Burp
7.45 The X Factor
9.25 All Star Family Fortunes
10.10 The X Factor Results

Apparently, the next episode preview for Pushing Daisies didn't air in US and it usually does. I'm thinking it might be because it's either canceled, moving time slots, or ABC wasn't sure to air it next Wednesday until the ratings are in.
Would it not be because the final Presidential Debate followed the show?

I don't recall Five getting such high figures for CSI. Was it the Without a Trace one?
It was (referenced from the excited chatter on the CSI thread on these forums )

Seems that today ratings have been delayed.
As media Guardian and broadcast have not yet get there ratings articles up.
Perhaps database problems with viewing figures.

Light entertainment and the main two Soaps continue to dominate the top of the chart. Although interestingly it's Dramas that currently lead the way with 13 entries, Doctor Who being the highest rated with (10.57m). BBC1's New Tricks and ITV1's Lewis continue to perform extremely well, both comfortably inside the top 20.

Also of note: The exclusion of England at Euro 2008 and the possibility of some huge audiences means the highest rated sporting event of the year is still the Champions League Final, just breaking through the 10 million mark. Reality Television had taken a knock at the start of the year with the absence of Celebrity Big Brother, and it's sister show failed to make an impression in the ratings a few months later. The highest rated Reality tv show is currently The Apprentice with a hugely impressive (9.29m). ITV currently have the highest rated Comedy of the year with Benidorm (7.14m). The BBC continue to impress in the Factual/documentary category with some solid performances from Life in Cold Blood, Who Do You Think You Are and The Antiques Roadshow.

9.29 for the apprentice? Didn't it get over 10 million? Or did I just dream that? I know the spin-off 'Your Fired' got 5 million.

The Apprentice might have peaked at over 10 million but for the whole show it averaged 9 million.

Which goes to show how much Big Brother needs to improve to come even close the glory years.

I don't think it has anything to do with improving. Big Brother could produce the best series ever and I don't think we'd see ratings rise. Its 'glory days' have been and gone now.

It'll be unlikely - a problem with the data processing at Barb I believe.

They will come eventuly.
But it might not be today as I very much doubt the ratings will not be reported with in the next week or so.
Or we might have to wait to the officials come out in 3 weekes.

Not really. There was nothing wrong with this years series.

The shows ratings were as good as you would expet for a show of BB's age and image.

Shame it remains low, it's a good factual production from ITV.

At least Greatest Cities hasn't dropped too much, but it's still a very poor figure for a very well made ITV factual programme. Though considering ITV's high share yesterday (20.5%) I would have thought it would have performed better, however the International Football highlights must have bumped up the share.

Another fantastic figure for a fantastic Hollyoaks episode-well deserved.

World's Greatest Cities is a good show but I don't think being scheduled against Paul Merton is doing it any favours and I wwould imagine that once World's Greatest Cities finishes next week, Paul Merton will get a boost. Hopefully it will get a follow up series as it's the sort of programming that ITV should be doing.

American overnights quite spread out across all channels last night. 90210 didn't do particularly well against the debate on other channels, however it was a repeat.

Looks like the absence of Bones boosted the rest of the 8pm shows though Pushing Daisies is still quite low. The Presidential Debate didn't seem to do that well in comparison to other debates.
