And, if they keep up with Penhale's ludicrous antics, say, with him tasering himself or others, I'll feel bad for his one-dimensional character opportunities. We've also seen other characters ignore medical emergencies, from Peter's spleen, to Caroline's Type 1 diabetes. I know I sound very Party Pooperish, but I really just LONG for funny, original stories. Although I am showing my fears, I will continue to have faith the season will be excellent.

Louisa has gone to live in Spain while their marital problems are sorted, and that some scenes will be shot in Spain. Personally, I think this is probably someone's imagination at work, maybe helped along by some inside information that they hope to spare Port Isaac some of the heavy traffic and will film more scenes elsewhere than Port Isaac. But no reported sightings yet in Port Isaac.

The primary players all look gorgeous...Martin in particular but Caroline looks great too...lovely smile. And regarding that, Louisa is in Portwenn, at least for Episode 2, which they are filming. Maybe they had a nice reconciliation, at least for the moment. The scene they were doing didn't look too hopeful though. All very exciting.

they appeared to be arguing. However it appears that they may have been arguing in regard to a property...possibly a different house, as Louisa was holding a listing sheet with photos and descriptions of a different house...hmmm

Is the house for her and the baby? Is it for them? Hmm?? Why the argument? I hope they both seek help - not just the Doc.

Precisely...the little clip just showed them being cross at each other then Al was supposed to be calling Martin and he storms away. Not looking very hopeful. My only hope is something happens in E1 that brings them back together....like a bit of a makeup or some sex, but that probably won't happen unless the writers know what we want to see. Right

Personally I think it's for both of them. My theory now is she went home to the surgery from the hospital, after extracting from Martin a commitment to marriage counseling. And possibly for a move to a bigger house. Because where else is she going to go, first of all. And maybe she's had a little time to think about the fact that at least Martin is no longer in denial about the state of their marriage. OTOH, MC did say that DM would have to work hard to persuade her to come back. So, who can say.
