How dim is that woman? This is embarrassing.
It was unfortunate she got the wrong questions for her. Neither did the counters fall right for her in the final round. The PHD she is doing is in Biology. That's hardly going to help with general knowledge questions. Even so she won £3050. Well done Heather. |

She certainly wasn't dim. She sailed through into the final.

Heather.. is that you
![]() ![]() Actually I'm just someone who has watched Tipping Point for some time and I thought Heather was the first person in a long time who got the tactics for the game spot on. She passed at the right time in the first round. If she'd had the the right subjects for her in the final round she could have done even better. I sometimes wonder if some of the contestants have actually seen the show on TV beforehand. Yesterday's contestants, for example, chose to drop counters in the zone for the first time when they should have known better. If they'd seen the show previously they would know that that more often than not nothing drops over the tipping points until a few counters have been dropped in the zones. It's clearly evident the show's producers lay out the counters on the machine making it almost impossible for them to drop over the tipping point until they have been pushed closer together by a couple of counters in each zone. |

I can't remember whether I've seen today's edition before or not but I'm enjoying it because all three 'celebs' are quite bright. It makes a change!

It doesn't seem right that, the man who thought the princes in the tower were kept at Alcatraz, ended up walking away with £10k.

The idiot was lucky all the way through.
In the final round I believe he guessed every answer. He must have landed from Mars, yesterday. |

You would think that as this programme was for charity that they would find people who can actually answer a few simple questions rather than play about. |

I never watch any sort of these game programmes, but I'm impressed that they could make one out of the "addictive for some" arcade game, "Penny Falls."
