Today's finalist sounds like a robot.
Doesn't matter. He walks away with £10k! |

I'm glad the girl today didn't win big. I hated the way she kept saying, "Oh no", every time one of the other contestants got any counters out of the machine ... Karma ...

Heaven knows how today's winner managed to get the £10k. She knew almost nothing...... and she's studying law!

At least she did better than yesterday's finalist who only managed to answer one of the final six questions. |

How stupid was he
It was obvious that he had a chance of winning the jackpot.

Well, stop dropping them at the wrong time then, you idiot!! That guy last night throughout the show dropped the counter when it was almost as far forward as possible. Therefore it left the counter standing up as the shelf was going backwards when the counter reached the bottom. He got what he deserved. It cost him over £7000. I had no sympathy for him, it was his own fault. Clearly contestants don't get any advice from the programme makers. If they do then they have no-one to blame but themselves. As for not taking the gamble I think even he with his method would have won the jackpot. That's assuming he didn't get another three riders of course. Of all the episodes of Tipping Point that was the only episode where I would have gambled, it seemed impossible to lose. Why do they never show who actually releases the counters for the "lets see if you would have won bit at the end"? You have to wonder if he did it himself or was it rigged? |

Today's finalist didn't seem to know much at all but, amazingly, he walked away with the £10k.
Good luck to him. |
