A "Joan of Arc" And she's in the lead ![]() ![]() Unless she has £3000 in the bank at the end of the final, trades for three more counters and loses the lot.

Great!! Let us know how you get on.
![]() Recorded my episode last Thursday - not allowed to divulge the result! But what a great day, really nice relaxed atmosphere, fascinating to see how the show is put together, the stop-starting between rounds. Ben Shepherd very friendly, entire crew very helpful and enthusiastic, really make the contestants feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely bunch of fellow contestants too, we all bonded very quickly! A terrific experience. |

TV quizzes are great fun, aren't they? Don't forget to post here when you know the transmission date.

Is anyone watching Tipping Point now on Watch?
They got the question wrong Ben: What character in The Inbetweeners is commonly known as Briefcase? Contestant: Will. Actually Will was known as Briefcase W*nker! He was never called just Briefcase and if you cant ask the correct question at this time of day maybe they should choose a more suitable question. |

Actually, if this wasn't so pathetic, it would be quite funny.

Will they let you know when your show will be aired and, if so, will you let us know so that we can be sure to watch? Glad you had a good day.

I remember today's one from late last year. Or should I say I remember Katie.
![]() ![]() After two questions in the jackpot round the jackpot counter was nearly over. I'd have made her a big favourite to win it, were it not for the fact I remembered that she didn't. ![]() She started going for two point questions half way through the round, presumably as a sort of hedge, because she felt it was better to make sure she got some counters rather than try for three pointers and get them wrong. In the end it didn't work. Of the three two pointers she took, she got only one of them right and her game fizzled out. As has been said here before, if you're weak on a subject, you might as well go for a three pointer anyway. If you don't know much about a subject, there's a good chance you'll end up having to guess on the two pointer as well. I was pleased that in the "Let's see if you would have won" bit, she wouldn't have won it. Even though that bit is completely meaningless.

Young female contestant effed up her last couple of rounds. I forgive her not knowing the football question but a 1 in 3 on history of what was Willliam Caxton famous for bringing in to Britain. She went for Champagne
![]() ![]() Still she kept the money and the jackpot counter didnt drop ( just ). I think Ben was a litle disappointed that he couldn't get in a post jackpot cuddle/feelup at the end. |

It's so much easier, sitting at home. We should be much more generous in our criticism of contestants. (But we're only human )

(But we're only human )No, whilst it was absolutely surreal stepping up to the podiums and just being....there, in front of the machine, fortunately I managed to answer correctly all the questions I was asked. As for my tactics, well.... |

Ben's getting very touchy feely with Naomi.
