What Seb has done to Dylan there is no justification at all and when the truth comes out Seb should be sacked and at the end Seb running to daddy was a despicable and childish thing to do, I hope the other staff who know Dylan better should rally around him and show support rather than supporting daddy's boy Seb.

It was actually a good episode for a change.
It would have been better if they cut out that trashy love triangle. It's bad on so many levels, I have no idea why anyone would be cheering on Alicia and Ethan. Even if it's just to get back at Cal, it's still wrong.
Seb, I could have throttled. What a bastard he is. It's nice to see Max looking out for Dylan (and Jez as well.) Louise is Queen Bitch. I hate her. I wish something would happen to her so she'd be on the receiving end of gossip. Maybe her she'll change her stinking attitude.

If Ethan is sleeping with Alicia partly to get back at Cal, that's even worse because he's kinda using Alicia.

I don't think he's using Alicia to get back at Cal, he's just decided not to spare Cals feeling and hold back from the woman he loves. Which I admit is actually quite selfish because a) Ethan said it himself that Cals was pining after Alicia so he know Cal actually does like her and B) he was the one who actually pushed them together when he decided he wasn't good enough for her.

The general census is that Ethan is the favourite and they are happy that Alica has 'finally' come to her sense with Ethan over Cal. Personally I don't think it's gonna be as simple as her just splitting with Cal and getting with Ethan.
Well thank goodness for Max, the only person who seems to have any sense or be able to use their knowledge of the person they've known for years to come to their own conclusion.
I have trouble understanding why the photo is so damning .... Seb is smiling in it isn't he? Not pushing Dylan off? And it's only a hug at the end of the day. Louise should be ashamed of herself.
Seb was also very lucky he hit on the thyroid diagnosis and played a dangerous game in not consulting Dylan. Louise was also stupid, she should have insisted on following up with Dylan or another Dr.
As for Alicia, to give her the benefit of the doubt it is possible to be in a relationship with someone and find yourself drawn to someone else. Alicia and Cal have a big communication problem in that they have a 'no strings relationship' which has turned into more on both sides, but neither will admit it to the other, so instead they are just playing games. Fair enough if Alicia realises she'd rather be with Ethan but now she should finish things with Cal, have a cooling off period and then get together with Ethan. Of course that would be too sensible, easy and drama free.
Personally I think Cal and Alicia are a better match long term if they stop playing games although on the other hand Cal will hopefully soon be free to peruse a relationship with Jasmine from Holby which would be fab
Oh yes and why did Cal go to London for NYE having just been reunited with Alicia and about to possibly go away again. And why was Alicia home alone? She'd have 100% been in the pub!

Yes, I do agree with you davejc64 -but it looks like Dylan has jumped in with both feet, wrecking his home (the Barge) and now, maybe, going off for some time alone rather than facing Seb and his Father -management busybody.
Seb (of course) will get found out and (hopefully) be sacked! Leaving the way for new Holby staff. At least that's the way I see it, seeing as the Hospital hasn't been burnt down, as has happened in the past.
Perhaps a better scenario; Seb gets transferred to another hospital (punishment pending) and Dylan reluctantly returns to Holby, bunch of gossips that they are

I do think Ethan and Alicia suit, just wish they had gotten together under better circumstances. I also think Alicia and Cal would suit as well if only they could communicate with eachother properly.

I think that Ethan and Alicia are too different so I can't see a long term relationship between them. I agree that Alicia and Cal suit.

Fair enough but Sometimes a little difference works. Ethan needs someone to bring him out he's shell, help with he's confidence. Alicia needs someone to keep her grounded. Cal and Alicia would suit more if she was actually this wild child she making herself out to be. Cals actions actually hurt her more than she's letting on.

To be fair, Louise does have a few redeeming qualities. Eg: paying for Noel's train ticket to see Honey. I didn't appreciate her attitude to Dylan last night but she was manipulated by Seb.

I cannot believe Louise actually believed Seb when he said that Dylan was not interested in looking at a patients x-ray/results ??? I mean Louise may be an idiot falling for Sebs story but does she not know Dylan at all ? The normal Louise would surely have gone and confronted him ?
It appears so far Max is the one using his brain and knowledge of Dylan to work out this is a pile of horse****
I know we have had dodgy situations before but I really do not see how Seb comes back from this one , unless he does something drastic and they all feel sorry for him and Dylan forgives him.

I'd never forgive the person who accuses me of something like that.
It did cross my mind about Dylan forgiving him, but it would be BS, boring and easy way out. Seb's dad is back next week too.
It's such a shame that one of the best new characters this decade (in my opinion) is professionally hurting the best character of this decade.
I hope we get a surprise Lofty appearance to help Dylan in some way.

I find it hard to believe that the same people that make Holby also make this rubbish. One is so good and the other a complete embarrassment to watch imo.

Is it a "no strings relationship" though? It seems to be exclusive, even if Cal in particular is making out it's no big deal. Her moving some of her stuff into his flat seemed to be an acknowledgement that there's a level of commitment to each other and I seem to remember before he went on the holiday Alicia questioned him about other girls and he said something like "I'll look but not touch."
