Do you mean, the fact that she stayed to help her neighbour instead of going into work, and then not showing any modesty about that? I'm pretty sure that nurses have a duty to stay and help in that situation.

I agree! Jeff is really unpleasant to new people working with the paramedics, and has been since he joined. Snezana, Curtis, Tamzin, Omar, Ian and now Rita have all been treated like that... the only one who he liked from the off was Polly, probably just because she had such an infectious personality. I don't like Jeff very much.
