When will they learn to stop doing random stuff for brief story arcs? I didn't even bother with it. As I am disappointed with the direction of PYC. Whatever happened to their long term character driven stories? I am not looking forward to

Agreed to all of the above sderr. Fridays show was a load of bo**ocks. I was really bored watching it, and wanted my 20 minutes back.
I don`t care one iota about Ed(case). I care even less about Hywel.

Yeah, I saw it with subtitles on fast forward. Ed(case) is one of the least sympathetic character's on any soap.

Hwyel and Sheryl are so implausible. I admit that they would both cheat, but not in this way. Before this week they haven't been alone in a scene in months. So Hwyel goes to fix Sheryl's laptop sees her life and love after rape book; has an evening together with Sheryl and his wife and decides he wants to have an affair? What is it love at first sight with someone he's seen every day for a decade?

Why would Sioned want Ed back? Were they ever truly in love in the first place? Not that I could see. Also, the way Ed acts he should have some kind of mental disorder. If you ask me Iolo isn't the only one who needs therapy.

Ed(case) is boring. Have a village intervention and send him to a therapist already.

The only reason I can see for keeping Ed and Sioned together is that he looks a little like Macs. But Ed and Sioned are no Macs and Sioned. They had chemistry and I understood why Macs acted the way he did in their relationship. He had real problems, Ed doesn't.

More random nonsense and rehashed plots. These are the "shocking" storylines for the anniversary. Its just characters doing random stupid stuff with no real motive.


They should have used Garry and Danny's wedding for the anniversary week specials, they could have found a way to bring back old characters for a wedding.

why did they have to kill mark off when randy old hweyl stays

It doesn`t seem fair does it. Hywel had 2 health scares this past year...3 including the recent one.

They are killing off Mark only because his mother and sister, were popular former characters. Its not big storyline its just an excuse to have these characters return for a short time. Honestly it doesn't sound very exciting.

I don`t know what to make of this spoiler about Anita

What's sad is the writers relying too much on past history as motive or explanation for current storylines. Hwyel hasn't done much cheating in recent years. Why does Hwyel suddenly want to sleep with Sheryl? Anybody understand?
