She doesn't love Sion she just what someone to have power over. She was like it with Britt and Yvonne and even Gary, she started the fire and then later when Gary and Dani got together she paid someone to stab Dani. Evil woman.

Totally agree, they've not changed Gwyenth's character at all. She's been horrible to all her past lovers in a pattern going back years. Some of those people have ended up dead or seriously injured. Don't let your dislike of Iolo and Tyler's relationship blind you to Gwyneth. He's completely right about her and he has years of her past behavior to back him up.

I know you hate Iolo but there is a difference between Iolo being annoying and a character like Gwyneth who would intentionally maim or kill someone. I would not put it past her to put Sion in hospital. Gwyneth will never find a long term partner because she'll have them killed, imprisoned or simply disabled for life.

I haven't seen Ordinary Lies yet but I have a feeling it's made by BBC Wales - as is Pobol! So it's common sense to hire S4C actors and probably cheaper.

Yeh, it just seemed odd that actors who are in a soap can easily go and play a character in another show for just a scene or two. It's good, but just not what I have usually seen with other soaps

Actors on PYC aren't well known outside of Wales so they aren't recognized across the UK as associated with a particular character.

I love Iolo, but the writing for him lately is really ridiculous.

I watch Rownd a Rownd Anthony....although I haven`t seen Tuesdays episode yet. I have been to the R&R website but couldn`t find any RaR message boards/forums there or anywhere else.

I only mean in terms of contracts. Usually it's difficult to get time off etc.

As I mentioned the other, day maybe it's easier to get time off because it's the same company (BBC Wales). It's noticable that Chester's had some time off but Vicky doesn't seem to have any longer a break than usual. But Gary's been away for a while - maybe he'll pop up next!

They probably are paid less than the actors on mainstream soaps so they might have more contract flexibility in exchange.
