Teg died.

Here is the synopsis from the BBC site on Britt:

She met Teg Morris whilst he was driving lorries to Newcastle and decided to move the family to Cwmderi to look for him when she fell pregnant with her eldest son, Chester. They lived together happily and had another child, Catrin. After Teg was murdered, Britt started a relationship with Gwyneth and during this time she agreed to be a surrogate mother to Ffion and her first husband, Owen. But Britt decided to keep the baby, a boy called Aaron, as she was the biological mother, not Ffion.

Britt is now married to Siôn and they live happily in the Felin.

Here's a bit more on Ffion since people asked about her first husband.:

In 2004, Ffion arrived in Cwmderi with her husband, Owen, who was the new minister at Bethania Chapel. They both longed for a child but despite getting pregnant many times, she could never carry a baby beyond 12 weeks. Britt agreed to be a surrogate mother for her, but when Britt decided to keep the baby, Aaron, Ffion was devastated.

Things went from bad to worse when she found out Owen was keeping a sordid secret from her and eventually, he committed suicide when it became obvious he was a murderer. Whilst Ffion was married, she was having an affair with Hywel Llywelyn, and when she became a widow, they married in 2007.

I never knew she was having an affair with Hwyel while married to Owen. These days people treat her as a saint.

lol everyone has had an affair with Hywel.

Remember when he first came into the show years ago, he had an affair with Beth the headteacher, and she split up from her husband.
Was a huge story back then.

Beth was played by Eirlys Britton:

Last week's episodes still a little dull but a major improvement on the truly awful Darry week.

I quite enjoyed Colin's speed-dating - that green shirt/leather jacket combo was utterly hideous!

I much preferred the Garry and Dani week tbh. I thought Megan planning for accommodations 6 months in advance was really dull. And Dani asking about the temperature to cook fish at the chip shop. Wow those things wouldn't be interesting even if you were living them. Why stuff like that makes onto a soap...

I dunno, I quite like those little bits of mundanity as it makes it feel more realistic. It only becomes an issue when the drama plays second fiddle to the mundane, and at the moment the mundane is very much winning.

I do love the more realistic nature of PYC and I love all the local Welsh touches. I like to get into a storyline. However, I am unwilling to watch Megan plan for eisteddfod accommodations in real time. Although extremely realistic that it could take six months to plan-- not interesting at all, not even if you were the one doing the planning. Its very unrealistic that everyone has forgotten about the more dramatic stuff that happened. We saw Marion but she didn't mention Eifion or the babies.

LOL. Dai telling off Eileen was the best thing about tonight's episode.

Sioned and Eileen's relationship is so dysfunctional and enmeshed. Sioned should forgive but I think they should probably stay away from one another.

I absolutely love Dai. Even when he`s annoying he`s funny. And when he`s serious, he looks so sad I always feel sorry for him.

Eileen letting this ridiculous argument with Sioned control her life. I feel bad for Jim.
Spoiler
How does any of this lead Eileen being in a coma I don't understand. It clearly is nothing more than an argument. Sioned is selfish and stubborn, but she has been far far worse in the past.

Does Eileen try to commit suicide I wonder

New Spoilers:
Spoiler
Feb. 17th: Eileen returns from hospital to a cold welcome from Sioned. Gaynor's new colleague shows some interest in Kevin.

Feb 18th: Gethin must intervene when an unwelcomed visitor gives Megan a fright. Dai sends DJ to work in Penrhewl to get rid of him from APD.

Eileen and Sioned is going on too long, its not as interesting as it has been in the past.
Why must we watch romantic scenes with Kevin?
I am interested in DJ and the Gethin Megan spoiler.

Sioned is really getting on my wick, as is this story which just goes round in circles and never develops.

Its too dramatic for the situation. I can be convinced that Eileen was depressed already and Sioned doesn't help. But are we supposed to believe Eileen is driven to illness by this. I've seen Sioned do so much worse. Wouldn't Eileen just ignore her in real life.
Spoiler
Then she is supposed to be in coma by Friday. I watched the spoiler clip on Facebook for today its more of nothing from Sioned. I just can't see that the result of this would be a coma.

The spoilers about Kevin the friendly neighborhood rapist are awful too.

Or Iolo, I wouldn't mind more of a Iolo Kevin confrontation. That was the last good episode I saw.

I've been wondering how this comes about as well... We will have to wait and see.

By the way, sderr - thanks so much for the spoiler pages you posted!

No problem. PYC is my fav. soap but it has been rather blah of late.

Yes very boring, everyone I think agrees on that.

For me it's only boring because it's not really going anywhere. The characterisation of Sioned, Jim and Eileen is moronic and two-dimensional. It's insulting!

Not just that but it's the only major story they've got going, apart from Gaynor's dull will she/won't she quit Ysgol y Mynach.

Gaynor is way too good for pantomime lothario Hywel. She should be with me. There would be some serious storylines then, I can tell you.

Yes this is what I meant by saying its overly dramatic. I think you said it better than I did.
