Citadel, I agree with that the Kevin storyline is going too long. But I will say after trying to watch a rape storyline on another soap PYC's is better. I thought the introduction of Diane's niece Elin was good. The problem is that PYC has done too many rape storylines and the one with Kevin is definitely the weakest. No build up changed Kevin's character too much. Putting Sheryl in the middle of the Moc storyline and the rape storyline at the same time was a bad decision. Having her leave her son with a pedophile really cut down on audience sympathy for her.

It was good to see Iolo in tonight's episode. I am happy seeing writing for him be more in character. I am interested to see what might come up for the character it could be good.

I've never seen Nansi before but this makes me look forward to it! Also, a compliment for PYC - they make very good use of their talented 'older' cast; other soaps ought to take note.

Nansi is funny so I'm looking forward to it.

When Sheryl was staying with Meic, Anita was moaning constantly to him about getting her to leave. Now she`s all over Sheryl like a rash. What a hypocrite she is.

Anita had no consequences for her behavior with Moc either. She was constantly protesting his innocence so she has no right to judge Diane.

Speaking of Moc I hope they end this Gethin stealing storyline soon, I have no desire to see a repeat of what happened with Macs. If Moc comes back I want the village on his side like they are with Sheryl.

Perhaps Rhys is struggling with his sexuality and Iolo helps him to come out. Though given that they don't write for Iolo, I don't see the point of adding a second gay character to not write for.

Well I was just speculating, as I don't know that this is what they are going for with Rhys. I could be a boring storyline about steroids which is probably what it is honestly, given the current state of writing.

DJ still seems to me to be more likely to be the gay character that they added despite the kiss between DJ and Diane. Which had no chemistry and no reaction on the part of DJ. The idea of a man in his twenties being a committed granny chaser is absurd. I can't see any interesting writing coming from it.

I am hoping that this thing with Rhys has to do with getting Macs out of the baby Awen storyline. The results of Arwen's donor test really strongly suggest Arwen is related to Hwyel or Rhys not the Whites.

But the writers seem to like Macs as Arwen's father even though there was never any on screen relationship between him and Ffion and no DNA test, and making him the father shut down any conflict or interesting writing and is very dull.

Kevin has been completely transformed. Kevin looked about ready to beat Garry to the ground. I think Sheryl is in trouble if he really sticks to that story about Meic and Debbie having an affair.

Actually I would say Ed is really the best looking, even though at the moment I can't stand the character.

I`m horrified that Kevin could be so cruel to his Father, There is no going back for Kevin and Meic now. They will be forever estranged. I wouldn`t blame Meic one bit if he turned his back on Kevin forever.
Megan is another character who has been transformed. She is a CINO - Christian In Name Only. To accuse Colin of being a thief in front of everyone is something she can never take back, and no apology in the world will ever make it right between them.
I remember a few years ago Colin was working in the charity shop and he bought a vase and tried to sell it for more money. I can`t remember the exact storyline, but maybe that`s where Megan thought Colin was a thief - and she seemed more charitable to him then.

So is that the last we`ll see of Gemma? Her going off backpacking with her friends seemed to come out of the blue. I wish Mark had gone with her.

Meic tried so hard with Kevin unlike Sion with Macs and this is how he repays him. Looks like the beginning of the end for him.

Yeah, Megan isn't very nice, which is why Gethin is stealing from her in the first place. He seems to be playing Robin Hood take from the rich give to the poor. So how will that one end, hopefully with Megan understanding why people don't like her.

Gemma going away inter-railing seems to imply she'll be back. It would one way of breaking up Mark and her no-one likes that relationship. They're bringing Rhys back to be a regular he could end up with her. There are a number of ways the Rhys storyline could go so we'll have to see.

Ed is a cutie that`s for sure. But I still recall how vile he was when he was taking steroids and lying about it.
And I know it`s irrational, but I always remember on Gwaith/Cartref his character Stefan raped Beca one of the female gym teachers. So everytime I see Ed, I see his character Stefan pinning down Beca in his car. It`s silly to think that way I know, but it`s how I feel.

Hopefully they will forget about Gemma , like Griffiths who went for a month holiday and was never seen again.

I was wondering if Kevin's lawyer really believed what he told her about Meic and Debbie ?
