Apparently it means 'fair of face'. When I was pregnant years ago, I bought a baby book of meanings of names, and that`s what it said about Gaynor.

It's of Irish/Gaelic origin, Mo. To cut a long story short, it means 'fair and soft'.

I was named after my Dads cousin who was a Welsh actress in North Wales. Her name was Gaynor Morgan Rees.

I didn`t see Megan at the Good Friday service. Maybe she thought Gethin would be there and couldn`t face him.

I wonder if the actress who plays Megan has the status of full time actor- there are long stretches where she isn't on screen. That storyline with Gethin was the biggest story she's done since the character was re-introduced. I sometimes think characters aren't on screen because they would have to get paid for that and the producers don't want to or don't have the money too. Like with Courtney a few weeks ago.
