i agree the writers should have made another character a villian as i think kevin & sheryl would have made a good couple, getting a bit like eastenders now for miserable couples

I would quite like that too. It seems like they were trying to put Sheryl and Rhys together. I would like Gaynor back to her old self as well. She's been "nice" ever since Macs left.

Me too sderr. They still haven`t addressed the domestic abuse storyline when Gaynor was very violent towards Hywel. It seems to be all forgotten.

This is why I really think they need to do something re: Macs. Its now infected the other storylines. I don't like the this he is the devil thing they have got going. Ffion and Gaynor have just become nice and uninteresting since he left and was made the source of all their problems. Have you noticed that Cadno is going around call Eifion all sorts and he has not come back with her leaving Macs for dead and all the problems that caused. He can't because I guess that would make Macs look less evil. Sion had a rapist in his house and now is going to go back to supporting Gwyneth unconditionally. They need to do something here.

Gaynor does have a collection of weird expressions. Not very watchable !!

Remember the good old days when she was fighting with Ffion over Hwyel and Ffion was trying to trick Jinx so Hwyel couldn't raise Arwen? Why did they change that? Its so much more boring now.

Sion really is a control freak trying to make Chester speak Welsh all the time. It should be up to Chester whether he wants to speak Welsh or not. And if his friends want to speak English - it`s only natural that Chester would want to speak it too.

Well that's Taid gone. Jinx and Ffion are just not interesting any more. The cousin's thing isn't interesting at all. The only way it could be interesting would be to bring back Jinx and Ffion's estranged family. I doubt they have the money to do that. I count the decision to re-write that storyline one of the worst decisions the writers have ever made.

I know, Sion following Chester around with a pad and pencil writing down every English word he speaks, is insane. No wonder his children have anxiety problems. I will be very disappointed if Sion is a major factor in Iolo's problems.

First Rhys Bidder had a bit part, and now Tonya. I would love it if she became permanent. She and Kerry Wyatt as friends would make some great scenes. Although I`m sure her character would fit in seamlessly anywhere,
I know Citadel is an Emmerdale fan too

I would really like Tonya back on PYC. We really could use some new characters to shake things up. I am beginning to think Anthony was right its time for the producers to make hard decisions. I was hoping Taid back would help things a bit but it didn't.

Everytime I watch the show I just think of how tired it looks and feels. Fresh blood, new characters and stories are desperately needed. There are a lot of characters with no story who just wander around doing nothing. I know many of them are longtimers and they had a slice of life element to the show, but more than anything the show needs some juicy, riveting stories. Unless they've got some new ideas for these older characters which they clearly don't, it's time to cut some of them loose. Soaps can't survive without fresh blood and the last new character was DJ. How's he working out? I think the show needs to bring on a new family that could interact with all the various generations of the cast.

Gwyneth only got 2 years for murdering Brandon. They stuck with story that it was an "accident". Completely unbelievable, but yes according to how she was sentenced she could be out by now.
