Yes same for me. Although people with anxiety disorders tend to more perfectionists and quite intelligent. Which does make sense for Iolo. I have a problem with the one night stand being a trigger. I am confused as to why consensual sex would be a trigger? After Macs and Gethin who Iolo was heavily involved with it doesn't seem to make sense. Unless its a red herring, which this show likes. That's how they managed to drag out Gethin's storyline for 2 years.
Do you think they will feature this storyline in the anniversary episodes?
