I remember david when he had his son joe with him who had scizophrenia and i think david and carol had an affair then as well.
Do you remember his affair with Cindy? Yes, he and Carol had a fling when she found out her husband Alan had had an affair. But then she ended it with David to go back to Alan.

Wonder what delights Mr Moon will be serving up for us this evening? I usually have to have a dictionary handy for his monologues these days!

I'm a bit blurry on the timeline of events, but I think their affair was coming to an end when David was helping Cindy take the kids out of the country, and he told her it was over.

Lots of gum-chewing tonight hopefully?!

Ah i slightly remember then

He does chew gum uniquely as well. Usually followed by a smile or sneer. Maybe some shouting too or that might be saved for thursday.

A very good episode for Michael tonight! The camera man obviously loves his face! Some gr8 scenes (the carving knife behind Janine's back/cushion-munching/the sparring with Janine & finally that devilish smile with a clap of thunder, they even treated him to the John Williams theme from The Deerhunter! Janine even got her own piece of music (The Exorcist Theme by Mike Oldfield!

What a creepy episode. The way he was wandering around, alice just sneaking in and the crows and thunderclap at the end. So gothic!

Screaming into the pillow is what i do when i have to get up for work.

Brilliant lines tonight... Common people with no jobs wear tracksuits(or something like that). Ha ha

Maybe they sneak on here

Was Michael crying while looking at the photo album?
I think so but he was definitely crying when alice went in. He is really depressed which makes me think everyone will think it is suicide.

Oh yes I had quite a crush on david during his first stint, when he was having a complete breakdown. (sound like anyone else we know?)

Yeh he was so sad

Maybe he stabs himself with the knife and makes it look like Alice/Janine did it?

Michael isn't common because he doesn't wear sportswear when not doing sport

Interesting as I rewatched the trailer and for the first time noticed that Michael's St Christopher is lying on the floor next to his head. Did that come off in a struggle, or is it symbolic of Michael committing suicide?

Although it will probably turn out to be a murder, as that's how they keep describing it in the spoilers. If there was a chance it is suicide, wouldn't they just refer to it as a death?

I'm actually out However, I don't think it's a bad thing necessarily. I will be watching it as soon as I get in though.

May be out - not sure yet.

It's a horrible thought, isn't it, that once Friday's episode is over, there will be absolutely no more Michael in EE, other than people mentioning his name.

I actually thought he seemed suicidal in this evening's episode until Alice showed up. It was as though he realised once he couldn't go through with killing Janine himself, that she has 'won' and will put him out of Scarlett's life. I felt that was what led to the anguished cry of rage and frustration into the cushion followed by a walk down memory lane with the photo album and tears when he told Alice he's given up on Scarlett.

The spoilers seem to indicate that his murdered.

It's a shame because I was kind of hoping that we'd have an episode today too.

I also liked, "Do I look like I eat chips?"

Ah, who will spout these wonderfully weird lines when he's gone? Siiiigh.

Last nights episode was just made for Michael. The face twitching, the screaming, the crying and the evil smile. I can't help thinking now that the knife may be the murder weapon, they do tend to make hints at what the weapon will be in the days before the death (e.g. Heather's photo frame).
That line left me laughing out loud, I have no clue how we're going to cope without Michael's weird humor, still can't believe there's only 2 days until he dies!

Hi everyone. I've just got back from a few days away and have caught up with EE. Michael had some brilliant lines this week and we got some great moments (the screaming into the pillow, good interaction with the other characters, cute little scene with Scarlett). I got a bit emotional when he was talking to Kat and he kissed her
Only two more episodes left I'm excited to see them, but like everyone else, i'm not looking forward to him being gone forever.
Sad news about Charlie Brookes but hopefully she will come back with Scarlett one day
Was good to see EE beat Emmerdale yesterday in the ratings. Michael has the magic touch
I love these masks on the EE website:

Also, I bet Jasmyn Banks loved coming to work everyday:

Did anybody watch This Morning Soap Gossip? They called SJS a great actor and one of the presenters mentioned the twitch scene. And so they should! He's amazing.
