I can't work out if Michael is using Alice or if he genuinely likes her in his way. He had a one night stand with her and then dumped her and then he manipulated her into becoming Scarlett's nanny and giving him access behind Janine's back and now he's trying to get her to kill Janine for him. I was initially convinced he was using her but then Steve said in his interview that Michael thinks Alice is the only person who understands him. 
Looking forward to looking at the clips.I missed him on bbc as well so will need to catch up on that .tonights build up looks intense but i am trying not to spoiler myself by looking at the photos.

I know he's in the wrong but I do feel sad that it is obvious that Alice is setting him up with Janine. I guess I just love my weird, utterly bonkers characters a bit too much

We know janine is alive as she is in the advert they showed last week so for me it wasnt such a big surprise. No one can beat hollyoaks for shocks though depends what happens tomorrow.
They seemed to linger on his face quite a few times.when he was in the bathroom,in the chair and then staring at the poster in the vic. I think a lot of his conversations are to make it seem he was saying goodbye ie suicide but depends how or if he is murdered.
Oh just had a thought...what if he drinks something with the pills in???

Tonight's cliffhanger would've been more of a shock if EE hadn't released that trailer as well as numerous photos from this week, lol. As it is they kind of ruined their own twist.
Now, do I read the threads before I watch tomorrow's episode (when I get back) or just watch it and then post afterwards?
It's interesting that Steve thinks Michael is a functioning psychopath. After all Michael did genuinely break down in the bathroom scene with Jean, genuinely loved his daughter Scarlett and seemed to genuinely regret what he did to Tyler after Eddie put him straight about his mom.
Loved him turning up the music. It does seem like Alice/Janine have teamed up to bring Michael down.
Michael used Alice, she can back to get revenge.
I agree with Steve if they hadn't released the trailer or pics tonights duff duff would have been a shock.

Some characters got bbc3 specials for a lot less so why didnt Michael. They had the moon special when Eddie was around.
