Im still hoping there is a twist where michael turns up at the funeral but i have crazy theories.

Could you imagine Alice thinks she's killed him, she runs off in a panick then returns to find his not there anymore... then one day in the near future he returns

I really don't want Alice to kill him - I think it would be a letdown

Do you think he takes his own life and all the rumours about him being killed are false. He realises he can't win so commits suicide, SJS its really gruesome.

I'm hoping this will be the case (if he has to die )

I love everybody's theories but I still think he is gonna be murdered. I would personally prefer a murder I think because I'd hate to think Michael gets so low that he wants to kill himself

We should get more of Michael tonight

8 days

I think there are a lot of duff duffs for Michael next week

Hoping for much more Michael tonight. I haven't been satisfied with his screentime so far this week. All of the other characters need to go on holiday. Michael only has 6 episodes left.

Why couldn't we have had Michael week (for the week he is leaving) probably would have been the best eps in ages, and the best week. Michael don't go its too soon

Same here. Only 6 episodes left and it still seems rather flat to me because lack of screentime. There should have been far more screentime to illustrate his desire to want to kill Janine. I know there was the whole throat-grabbing thing a few weeks ago but its been flat since then. I would have liked to have seen him go steadily more manic and crazy.

Yeh I'm not liking it tonight Hopefully tomorrow and next week will get better

Again, could've used a bit more MM tonight, but it was a bit of an improvement, I guess. It's especially frustrating because David seems to be in every other scene! Couldn't some of his (many) scenes have waited until after Michael's exit? Also, BinGate got almost the same amount of screentime as Michael. Sigh.

Still....Michael was good, as usual. Not sure about Alice's new black hair though. Though it does fit in with the nature of the storyline I guess.

Agreed. I like David but some of his stuff went on for ages and the Alice/Michael stuff seemed very bitty. It makes Alice come across as even more stupid that she barely had any time to find out about the whole drugging thing. I expected her to need a bit of convincing.

Yeh I'm not really buying Alice's involvement

We all know Alice is dopey but she seems to have lost ALL working brain function for this storyline. As well as having had a personality transplant. Yes, Michael's powers of manipulation are strong but it's all happening too easily for him. If their relationship had been allowed to develop over a longer period of time we could've seen him slowly "re-conditioning" her and then her current behaviour might make more sense. But as it is, it's all too rushed.

On the brighter side, at least there's no way his exit can possibly be any worse than Jack's. So there's that.

Would have liked some more Michael tonight but his scenes were good. I liked it when he opened the parcel that he thought were the pills but it was the necklace instead
I think we are gonna get alot more of him in the next episodes

The way they've toyed around with Janine/Michaels storyline is so annoying, and disrespectful to the talent on hand. I think the final showdown WILL be gr8, but the road to get there has been somewhat tiresome. They keep picking up the storyline then dropping it. Its been too 'bitty', it's a shame Jasmyn is leaving too, I quite liked her character, never so here as 'wet' like some do, just a very positive person.

I unfortunately agree. I'm a little bored. I wish Alice wasn't involved really.

I agree - his exit cannot be worse than Jack's!

It's frustrating because the battle of wits between Michael and Janine could have been a fantastic storyline. Instead, we had months and months of repetitive scenes with them scabbling over Scarlett and then a few weeks ago it's like someone suddenly remembered SJS was leaving and so hit the fast forward button on the storyline. They knew he was leaving 6 months ago so I just don't understand it. It all could have been plotted and paced so much better.

Well, that's certainly a welcome change from the usual slaps and punches that grace the male characters of the Square...
