She comes across well in the batty old lady type role.

But her mentoring she just seems to say standard stock phrases and fabulous a lot.

That's a big salary for not an awful lot.

Tulisa was loved the first year hated the second yet she seemed to give the role a lot more edge

I like to think that Sharon represents the worst of our personalities.

She's never been the best on giving critique but she is a lot of fun to have on the panel - a lot like Louis.

In every single series she has been in apart from series 2 one of her acts has gone in the first week. This is the second time that both of her acts have been bottom 2 the other being series 4. Every series in the first week she has had at least 1 act in bottom 2 so is she a good judge not really to be honest but she is fun

Decent judge. Bad mentor.

Edit: I take that back. If she's not willing to say a name to send home, she's not doing her job as a judge. She seemed to lose the plot tonight.

They do no mentoring. They barely see the contestants.

That is not their role.

Last time she was a judge on the show - she had two acts in the bottom2 on Week1.

Shes brought back this series...and yet again - her two acts are in the bottom2 week1.

She can be fun and unpredictable though but I dont like her nasty streak. However I would much prefer her over Tulisa, who I never saw as a judge that was loved, she was lucky to have the winning act in her first year which gave her some popularity.

She was a decent judge in the room auditions, but for the live shows she was/is dire. Seriously, Nicholas is 16... we registered that in his VT... no need to ask umpteen times.

There was nobody else wanting the role, apart from Tulisa

She's rather annoying on Xtra Factor right now with that cup of alleged tea.

I wish she'd put the cup down when she's talking.

She's entertaining and unpredictable. This show is built on publicity and she's attracting alot of attention. Just look at how many comments she's had off you lot the past two days. What did Simon say a few series ago? "Bad publicity is better than no publicity."
