Miss Dynamix really got screwed over I really do hope they somehow are not bottom 2 and are not going home tonight as I do see potential in them they were great at Judges Houses.

I think for this to be a bit more meaningful the ratio of views to likes should be included

I think they will just manage to avoid the sing off and end up maybe 4th from bottom. They will end up doing better next week with a better song and later slot.

He has the 'Cute factor' though. But I do wish he would cut his hair, he is a good looking kid, but that hair does nothing for him.

Happy to see Luke's getting some support!

Surprised Sam is so low, I thought he'd have his army of fans liking it

How do these figures compare to previous years? Are they lower/higher? they seem a bit low to me

I disagree with Likes and Dislikes as it's too easy. I prefer views as I watch videos repeatedly and never click any likes.

YouTube Views for Week 1:

1. Sam Bailey: 131,316
2. Rough Copy: 70,737
3. Nicholas McDonald: 57,709
4. Hannah Barrett: 56,138
5. Luke Friend: 52,636
6. Sam Callahan: 52,119
7. Tamera Foster: 49,837
8. Kingsland Road: 41,976
9. Lorna Simpson: 40,507
10. Miss Dynamix: 39,508
11. Abi Alton: 38,906
12. Shelley Smith: 28,912

But likes actually show who's popular views just mean people view them anyone can view it without even meaning to just viewing to be curious and not actually liking the contestant .

that's why i said above that the ratio of views to likes is probably more meaningful

It depends. I hardly ever like a YouTube video, it's comments I like. Views to me show more, but that's how I like a song. I'll listen to a contestant over and over again. I don't see "Likes" as a way to fully determine popularity.

Justin Bieber's annoying "Baby" song has 911 million views, but 1 million likes. It's a difficult formula to break, definitely.

Thats just you though you can't just judge it on that you don't like Youtube videos so others don't because they clearly do.

Hence why I said it's a difficult formula to break and that "likes" and "views" aren't a way to fully determine popularity. Especially with X Factor, where a lot of people may not even bother with YouTube.

Views show Shelley should have been bottom, but I think Miss Dynamix will be the other to go with her and likes show that.

You need a combo of all three to get a vague grasp of popularity.

BTW, Tamera and Sam C. overtook Luke in the views department.
