You can't. It's one of the ones missing.

However rumours of it's recovery were abound at a similar time of those suggesting Web of Fear/Enemy of the World had been recovered. All were scoffed at at the time but now Web of Fear/Enemy of the World have been discovered it does pose the question of if Marco Polo was found too.

Personally, I think it's unlikely. Web of Fear/Enemy of the World follow each other in series 5 whilst Marco Polo is from series 1. Logically any other finds from that location will be around that era, not from a few years previous. What's more likely is Marco Polo was touted as being found as it is a fan favorite and chinese whispers made it as one of the stash found.

It's the earliest missing story, but there is a truncated recon on 'The Beginning' box set along side 'An Unearthly Child', The Daleks' and 'The Edge of Destruction'.

There have been two other recons made - a rather nice looking but probably not very accurate colour one made from publicity photographs (or possibly they're someone's personal collection, I suspect the costume designer as they focus on the rather lovely costumes) and a more traditional Telesnap one, made after the telesnaps of the story (apart from episode 4) were discovered in 2002. I saw them both on Youtube, but I doubt they're on there any more.
