It was probably the dullest Sunday show ever

I actually thought Shelley sounded better which I didn't think she would.

She was the best last night.

She was terrible in the sing off, ergo, was rightly sent home. I wish they would actually stick to the sing off performances more often rather than going for daft excuses like "I think you have better potential".

She was one of the best last night. I knew she would go though. Obvious cannon fodder. She never stood a chance

Lorna was much better but that's the way things go I'm afraid

as I said in the live show thread if shelley didn't get public support for an 80s themed week what is the point keeping her around for other themes ?

Lorna didn't deserve to go but agree Shelley did do very well in the sing off. Didn't think either should have been there tbh

I think it is a shame as i thought with a few shows under her belt Lorna could turn out to be one of the best vocally. It was clear she has been given little guidance on how to control her voice and the 24 hours that Shelly had to practice her save me really paid off.

Yes i know Lorna had that same period but its not the same if you know you have that pressure

Wasnt a big fan of either but if you judged on the sing off then Shelly was better.

Lorna was better on the Saturday show, but in the Sing Off, they are judging them on that performance. Shelley was a lot better than Lorna tonight. (And I didn't expect that) It seems the day notice for being in the bottom two really gave Shelley the kick up the backside she needed.

I don't understand this! Why isn't Shelley going? She is terrible and cabaret!

She has a good voice but poor control.

I really thought Shelley would of gone, I think they kept her because of her personality. Either way I knew a female would go first, like always.

She was one of the best singers! Ridiculous decision.

If you think the one with the lowest votes should automatically go home, why watch this show when you know there is a final showdown?

Not really. She came 11th out of 11 in the voting, and Shelley outsang her in the Sing Off.

It's tough luck for her.

Isit just the norm for a good person to go in the first liveshow now? Carolynne last year and Lorna this year. Lorna has more potential.

shelley got the lowest vote after a 10 minute flash vote

we will never know if she would have been lowest or even in the bottom two had she been included in the full overnight vote
