All last year we were moaniing that the sing off wasn't taken into consideration at all.. Yet this year it has been. Lorna was clearly not very good in the sing off, and Sheley was better than her, yet people are still slagging it off saying she should have gone.

It seems the show is only rigged/unfair etc when it doesn't go to people's ideal plan.

I personally enjoyed Lorna's performance more and think she done better.

I guess the reason why people moan is because one minute we're told that it's about who sung best in the sing off, and then the next people like Rylan and Jedward made it through. If the show can't make it's mind up, and seems to do what suits them (what's more 'controversial), then I guess people will continue to say it's rigged.

Not a fan of either really, but I think it's a shame that a karaoke pub singer was saved instead of a girl who had bags more talent and could have inproved.

Shelley has reached her peak and will never be relevant in the current market. Cruise ship will be her limit.

This is exactly it. Shelly can't grow anymore in the competition and Lorna has a more current voice. If you had to pick one who would sell more records it'd obviously be Lorna. It just feels like a waste.

Lorna has the potential to 'get somewhere', Shelly doesn't.
Lorna's voice has a pleasant tone. Shelly's doesn't.

Lorna had potential yes but in the sing off she did preform worse. The thing is the show could easily improve that like they did Alex. In a way it's sad they got rid of her but c'mon she would have nicked votes from Hannah and Tamera. With that same logic, Miss Dynamix is the next target.

Also - I don't understand this forum either - they complain of not taking the sing off into account but now when the judges have taken it into account, it's still fixed!?
