The juges scribble things down during the dance, and if an observation (they're written down) gets said by another judge before they get to say it themseleves then they just refer to the next comment on their list that hasn't been said before. But if alot of what they've scribbled down has already been expressed by one or more of the judges on th panel already and they have no other new critique left to give, then they have to refer back to what another judge has said but word it in their own way (hence why they mention the other judge maybe almost as courtesy to acknoledge the point has been said before). Most judges will mark on the same things from basics and onwards, so they'll likely have to repeat each other alot of the time. I'm sure Bruno doesn't feel he needs affirmation frm any of the judges regarding his own critique as he would say he's a former dancer himself, of some discipline, and so has enough knowledge in aspects of dance to be able to vew his advice as good and valid (whether others recieving it or listening to it agree or not).
