Update to my messages #18 and #23 above:-
It is now 87 days since requesting and paying for unlock of my iphone 4 from Orange. Still no unlock. Wrote a formal letter of complaint 2 weeks ago sent by recorded delivery. I have proof they have received it but no response there either, not even an acknowledgement which their complaints code of practice says they wiil do. How do these guys stay in business? Bunch of incompetents. If they ignore our complaints for long enough do they hope we'll give up and go away? Not me. |
