Very excited yes. Two big things this winter to look forward to Doctor Who wise and other treats as well. I understand those complaining about lack of publicity are really just showing excitement in another form!

Trying not to get too excited. I find I enjoy episodes more without too much pressure on them to be perfect.

I'm always excited to have new episodes to watch... sadly, that is not the case very often nowadays. So regrettably no, not excited.

Am I the only one who is looking forward to the Hartnell biopic more than The Day of the Doctor?

In a way I'm kind of glad the 50th hasn't been hyped up as much as it could have because it would only give people unrealistic expectations.

Nothing like Doctor Who on the front page to remind you how great this show is. Looking forward to everything that comes after the 50th, too. The build up to Smith's finale. Peter Capaldi set pics, costumes, more writer/director reveals to go with the superb Wheatley. On top of whatever Moffatian speculation is thrown in to high gear following the 50th.

Yes, the biopic. I adored The Road to Coronation Street and I'm not a big fan Gatiss may well have created something very special indeed. I see where only caring about new episodes gets you - I'm happy to douse myself in the whole experience Time does tend to fly.

Get a Tardis and go back if it's going too fast!

No. But you'd be amongst a much larger group if it had a better writer.

I'm not getting excited, I've been excited for a pretty long time now and I wish November 23rd would hurry because I need my fix of Doctor Who (though I am dealing with my withdrawal issues through catching up on Classic Who). And no, I don't need professional help at all.

I'm waiting for a senior forum member to tell me when to be excited; if I fail to be excited I fully expect a Mod to be informed.

I think my excitement will amp up considerably if they ever get around to announcing cinema lists, and if one is near me.

I am very excited for "The Day of the Doctor", as well as Big Finish's "The Light at the End". Between them we'll have something with all the living Doctors.

Well, except Nine...

He and Eleven would have been the new Two and Three.

Now I'm sad...

I've decided to not trust anything that anyone connected with the show has said about the 50th anniversary. Going by Moffat's track record on winding us up, I can just see him being interviewed following the airing of Day of the Doctor and saying "Of course all the classic Doctors were always going to be in it - it's the 50th anniversary, did anyone really think I was going to leave them out?!" - I seem to recall he said something similar about the twelfth Doctor being male.

We don't even have a trailer yet, aside from a few confirmed cast members and the presence of the Zygons we know next to nothing.

Excited? It's like staring at that huge present under the Christmas tree wondering what in the universe it could be.

I'm excited! I've tried to be pretty much spoiler free so I'm looking forward to a few surprises

I've read every spoiler going, and I doubt I know much more than you - there are hardly any.

I'm getting very excited! I don't know what this says about me but this 50th special will be the highlight of my year

I'm about 47% excited at the moment. I'm sure the percentage will rise as time goes by. I am really looking forward to the "The Light at the End", "the Day of the Doctor" and the biopiccie thingie. In other words, I'm insatiable and I don't care if I spelled that right.

It has all been kept so close to their chest that there wouldn't be anything to find!

Impressively excellent.

Yes. Ive heard that the companion other than Clara who is in it would not be known by anyone if the BBC hadnt announced it. It certainly is impressively excellent how little has got out. As I have said before, I hope they dont blow it now by releasing a trailer that shows all the best bits, as they have been prone to do in the past.

I not even sure if the BBC America is even showing some of the other shows over here. We haven't heard anything yet about the schedule for "Adventure in Space and Time", "Light at the End" or the Biopic either. So I don't know if those are only BBC only or not?

But 37 days and counting!
