Lamb neck fillets
If I brown them off first, can they be cooked in a pressure cooker?

Well they can but i'm not sure how they'd come out. Are you using them for a stew?
I've cooked them (and shoulder fillets) in the pan and then in the oven for about 10-15 minutes and they come out medium-well and quite tender and tasty. |

Christ, yes! We do that all the time and they come out melt in the mouth tender. Not too long mind otherwise they'll fall apart.

We don't have one of those fancy ones with the bells and whistles (it's a Hawkins Futura which OH has had for 20 years), but it's usually 20 minutes, depending on size, at a constant low hiss then switch off the heat and leave it until it's safe to take the lid off.
