I think this could be a really good week!

Based on the footage on itt, I am looking forward to:

Brendan and Sophie - she looks really good in training. I think Brendan is fabulous at teaching ballroom and I love his classy routines. She is my favourite celeb so far, so hoping she does well. Plus they are a lovely couple

Ashley and Ola - I was actually quite surprised by the footage and how good it looked. In previous weeks I felt like he was sometimes rushing through routines (perhaps due to nerves). The footage for this week looked great, I loved the movement across the floor and his frame.

Natalie and Artem - I do think she is a bit too good too soon and that takes out some of the excitement of watching her dance. BUT (!) it is fantastic to have someone so consistently good who can always deliver a good dance on a night where there might not be great dancing. Plus, anyone who can offer Artem the chance to deliver top notch choreography is great in my book!

No one could say she has not fallen hook line & sinker for the SCD experience. Otherwise she might have been more careful with her back/hips and not thrown herself into training quite so much.

Sophie & Brendan because they're my favourites.

Also looking forward to Fiona & Anton to see if she can deliver a good Latin, and Deborah & Robin for the same reason.

This is such a great year, hardly any couple I don't like for whatever reason.

I'm looking forward to all of them, especially the ballroom dances. But most in particular Abbey's Tango, Ashley's Viennese Waltz, Natalie's Quickstep and Sophie's Foxtrot.

Of the Latins, I'm looking forward to Patrick's Cha-Cha and hope he can deliver another great Latin dance.

Deborah and Robin....Never seen a contestant filled with so much joy as she is. A delight to watch.

I love them too!! Deborah is a revelation! Hope she stays in for ages. Think she should train for the jive in a different skirt though, it's too long can't see the leg extensions.

I love jives and quicksteps and this week there are 3 in total of these, although aside from Natalie I'm not sure how good any will be. I'm looking forward to the cha cha chas from Patrick and Mark as I think both these guys have real potential at latin dances. Whether or not they achieve this on SCD is another matter but I want to see them move their bodies.

Natalie's quickstep, I never like the quickstep but this looked amazing in training. Really hoping she'll get the go-ahead from her doctor.

The dance that I am looking forward to the most are Natalie's Quickstep if it goes ahead and Ashley's VW.

Natalie/Artems Quickstep looks fab so I'm hoping they can perform it on Saturday.

Abbey/Aljaz Tango - Love their song for this week and if this can be as good as their last ballroom dance then it should be a corker!

Rachel/Pasha Quickstep - I love a quickstep and willing this to be a good one for them. Like Abbey, their last ballroom was good so I hope this one is too.

Im looking forward to Natalie's quickstep if she can do it to its potential. The training looked fab.

Im also looking forward to Ashley and Ola's Viennese waltz as that looked lovely.

Looking forward to Fiona's rumba and Dave's waltz (perhaps for the wrong reasons).

Can't say Im particularly looking forward to Julien's salsa.

And the rest haven't yet registered.

Any quickstep, because I can spend 90 seconds going "how do they do that?"

I think in Rachel's case it's going to be obvious as Pasha drags her across the floor like a mop.

I do love a proper quickstep though. The last memorable one for me was Chelsee.

I wonder if Artem has had to change their quickstep at all to take her injury into account?

Having not seen any of ITT this week, I have no idea what any of them might look like!

Slightly dreading the Anton Rhumba and Robin's take on Bucks Fizz though...
