My Samsung optical smarthub isn't working on my Windows 8 Surface Pro. I go and set it up and it doesn't regoinse my WiFi therefore fails to set up 😞 any help would be much appreciated

Did you check if Samsung has W8 drivers for it?

I was recommended it for my tablet by someone on here as I'm not a very technical person

It seems to be a hassle to set up. You need a computer with an optical drive and an Ethernet cable to set up the drive. The person who recommended it will sure tell you more about it.
