I enjoy watching Sophie when she isn't dancing

It is worrying me a little. She is a very appealing mix of geeky and cool. As I am geeky but not cool at all I think I have a bit of a girl crush starting up.

Susanna, much as I don't particularly like her or the partnership, gives me so much energy and passion for every dance. She brings a smile to your face at her enthusiasm, it may not be well danced, but at least you can tell she's loving it.

Horses for courses I guess. ”

Exactly what I mean , its all subjective and a matter of taste and who we like .I like Sophie and her lack of " look at me , Look at me , look at me " persona
Susanna reminds me off all the girls I avoided in school .

Her adlibbed disco during her Cha Cha had the opposite effect last night. "Look at me, look at me!"

That or she had forgotten her steps

(PS: I am enjoying Sophs)

Completely agree with you off the dancefloor, she's lovely, but that introversion and self-consciousness makes it difficult for me to find a way into her dances. Gliding around with a blank look on her face works a bit better for the ballroom, but I'm not looking forward to this cha cha. Hope she proves me wrong.

Generally, I've always tended to prefer the more understated performers. Rachel and Kara were among my favourites for that very reason. I can see Sophie's not quite up to their level yet technically, but I do like her style. And I do get the impression that she's enjoying every second of the Strictly experience, only she just doesn't 'gush' about it (I put gush in inverted commas because I don't always mind gushy contestants either - it's not necessarily a bad thing, it's just not Sophie's thing).

I'd also say Sophie and Brendan (along with Mark & Iveta) are the ones I enjoy listening to most on It Takes Two. Their interviews are laid back but still engaging and you can tell there's chemistry there without them feeling a need to try really hard to show it.

Oh and I love Sophie's dirty laugh

With you on this

I also like the anticipation of waiting to see if she `pulls it out of the bag` each week <very much like my last hot favourite Ramps>.

Now why do I like Sophie? She's understated, a genuinely nice person, she roots for her peers in a sincere way. She's good but doesn't know it. The list is endless as to why she's a breath of fresh to the show. This could be Brendan's year.
