It's just been announced there is a Doctor Who surprise at 8:20pm on BBC1 tonight.

I pressume that it was announced during Strictly? It's not really a surprise for us fans as it has been announced earlier today, but I suppose it will be a surprise for the general viewer who doesn't follow all Doctor Who related news. Though I expect it will create expectation sof seeing footage from Day of the Doctor in some even though we have been told that there won't be any.
