Len, Mark & Natalie?!

I really enjoyed Marks dance but think he was slightly overworked. Can't believe Len gave Natalie ( whose dance was near perfection) and Mark the same score......wtf!

Mark was seriously over marked imo, I completely agreed with Craig.

They overmarked Mark massively tonight. Craig's 3 was much nearer the right score than any of the others... and once they do that they've nowhere to go with the rest of the dances.

I wonder are they just trying to transfer votes onto Mark (by convincing viewers he's better than he is) to get the "comedy votes" onto him and so get rid of Dave? I can't imagine they'd want Dave to stay long enough for "better dancers" to start going home in his place...

Yes, Mark was over marked. However, you cannot simply judge Natalie and the other contestants on the same scale. If we were to do that, Natalie would be miles ahead every week. They would have to create new paddles if they were going to judge them all on the same level because Natalie would be miles ahead and although the others will continue to improve, she will have been better than most of them since the start. No disrespect to Natalie, she's a beautiful dancer, but I don't think she should have been asked to do the show.

Its different standards. Natalie should be judge to higher standard to others as she is better so the judges expect more from her. I expect everyone to improve and I judge people on their own personal improvement.

I'm not so concerned about Mark's score, just don't understand how Len believes Natalie & Mark's dances were of the same calibre. Len undermarked Natalie by a point.

Len would have givenb her a 9, but he didn't like the "faffing about".

Natalie is really good and she should be judged to a higher standard, considering she has a background in performance arts and was highly regarded in tap she hasnt started on the bottom rung of the ladder like the rest have, i dont really know why certain celebrities are asked onto the show as they have such a head start, nothing against Natalie but surely the programme is better for having celebraties of a similar standard and seeing how each one improves. Len does overmark and craig is the best judge without doubt.

And he has marked others down in the past for the same reason *cough* Kara's AS *cough*

It was ridiculous! I thought Mark's "performance" was really cringeworthy tonight, it's like someone has decided that his size is amusing and for that reason he's being given stupid "comic" routines.

I loved Mark's performance but it wasn't an eight by a long way. A five or six would have been fairer. But like others have said, once they've given a poor dance an eight they're stuck. I imagine they're waiting for Natalie to have a better week, healthwise, and the first ten will make an appearance. And deservedly so.

BIB - "Better" I'm not sure how it all depends how you like to be entertained. Take away Natalie's amazing quickstep and replace it with a dance the same standard as Fiona's rumba, Deborah's jive or Julien's salsa - I know which I prefer.

It's a pity about Mark tonight, because he always gives such a good performance but it just wasn't a cha cha cha, and it didn't show off the dancing skill he has. I was very disappointed in the three high scores for it. And he has to get the prize for worst costume of the night! Prancing about with yards of extra fabric between his knees didn't help - in the words of my old Granny, he looked as if he'd filled 'em ...
