'Shocking details' in The Sun..... this could mean anything. It could be as simple as someone knocking on his door and having a go at him on the doorstep and The Sun would blow it out of all proportion.
Always be suspicious of something first appearing in the tabloids rather than being a genuine news story. |

well it would be inappropriate to send someone into a jungle to live on basic rations if they are addicted to alcohol, rehab is the place to go cold turkey not a clearing in the outback in australia with limited medical resources on hand.
![]() Wonder if he's still doing the Piers Morgan thing? |

People believe what they want to believe, regardless of any evidence or facts. Remember that time a paediatricians house was attacked by the common mob because they thought he was actually a paedophile?

Sadly, the scum who've done this will genuinely be so thick that they won't actually realise that he was cleared of all charges. They have a pack mentality whereby they don't actually think for themselves and just follow what other people are doing. Although having no brain cells tends to do this to people:yawn:!

He was cleared because there was no evidence. I'm not saying Micheal did it but I'm sure guilty people have got away with it loads of times because lack of evidence. |

I'm sure guilty people have gotten away with it because of lack of evidence, but her testimony was dependent on 'hidden memory syndrome', which has been widely disproven and discredited - dare I say laughed into oblivion - because of how unreliable and ridiculous it was.

Interesting that Lucy Turner commented on it... And has on other articles about him. By her surname I wonder if they're related? (of course I know it's a common name, just a thought).

I lost interest the minute I read ... Full shocking details in The Sun on Sunday.
As somebody that still remembers their ... "Truth" ... expose headline story from Hillsborough, they can stick their headlines & their lying paper right up their arses. |

Wasn't that just an urban myth?

The core story of a paediatrician's home being vandalised is true.http://www.theguardian.com/uk/2000/a...ection.society It has has just been distorted in anecdotal retellings. The paediatrician is sometimes misremembered as a man and the vandalism as a physical assault or firebombing. It seems people are referring to a whole string of actual incidents which occurred after rabble-rousing cretin Rebekah Brooks published details of the Sex Offenders Register in the News of the World. However, the details tend to blur into one narrative with the key detail that a paediatrician was mistaken for a paedophile. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/865633.stm http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/864693.stm http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/849098.stm |

I doubt he was even lined up for I'm A Celebrity... It's far too soon. It would be too negative for the show.
