I was just reading about Kevin Clifton on wiki, and if the info on there is correct, he is actually from a village called Waltham, which is not far from Grimsby.

So should we all start calling him Kevin from Waltham now? Doesn't really have the same ring though does it?

Also Kevin from Grimsby is now a recognised search term on Google, which I think is so funny and shows just how much the moniker has stuck!

The only "Waltham" most people will know about is the Abbey Town on the M25 in Herts.
This would mean people would think he was a Southerner

So it makes sense to say he is from Grimsby which is the nearest large town, and Grimsby is the "post town" of Waltham.
