Those look like good dances for Abbey and Susanna. Should be another week with the girls on top.

Abbey - Much better in Ballroom, I have high hopes for this one

Fiona - She's going to struggle, I'm calling it now. Unless Anton does what he did with Jerry Hall and makes it slower.

Susanna - Her Ballroom is a little better than her Latin. She did a lovely VW so she might do a VW-based dance. I think she'll be right up there.

I like Abbey in the ballroom - she seems to be much more comfortable than with Latin. I think it's more to do with posture and things like that because ballroom is all about that as well as gliding around the floor which is something she's clearly great at doing that for a living (albeit in a different discipline).

At least Fiona is back in hold with Anton and again this should be good provided Anton simplifies the routine. He's King of the Ballroom with someone who is considered to be able to dance in general. Good luck Fiona!

Susanna - should be back in mid-high thirties with this though the VW based dance may be a risk having done this just a couple of weeks previously. May be slated as lazy by the judges on the part of Kevin no matter how beautifully it's danced

I can already see Fiona messing the steps up in the Quickstep!

^ This - if she can't get the steps in a Rumba, how the heck is she going to manage a Quickstep?

Will be interesting to see which of the girls will have latin dances.

Both Fiona and Deborah (the Strictly video heavily implies it) are also back in ballroom.

Which probably means that Sophie, Natalie and Rachel will all have latin dances (Though I have my doubts about Rachel, she has been following the same dance style as Abbey so far).

Natalie should be fine (though a Jive might be tricky on the back).

It will be interesting to see how Sophie will cope, as most of the other candidates are on safe ground (though a 31 score for a Samba is not bad). Probably best for her to get one of the other latin party dances out of the way at this stage of the competition (her score will come down anyway, just like in samba week).

If she can get 31 for the samba as her first latin dance I'd fancy she can get a bit higher for the remainder. Her jive should be excellent based on her and Brendan's synced movements in the charleston.

On the plus side, at least Anton should be in his comfort zone. Can't be easy when both pro and celeb are thinking - "Oh sh*t".

Wouldn't surprise me if Sophie got the Cha Cha, her and Susanna are the only ones who haven't done it yet and Susanna did it for Children in Need which usually means she can't do it again. Everybody had done it by Week 4 last year, so they might want to get rid of it early again this year.

Karen's referred to "shake n bake" with regards to her and Dave's training - I think they've definitely got latin and for some reason that put the Jive in my mind!

Or the salsa or the jive ...

... or sensationally he might actually be having a party ...!!!

If he's doing a Samba - I apologise now and you're right

I'd say either Salsa or Samba - Jive isn't really a 'party' dance as such. Karen did a Samba last year with Nicky as part of their Fusion (don't think she did a Salsa with him).

My personal feeling is Salsa - the decent ones have had Samba so far, with the average-bad ones doing Salsa.

As for Ben, he should be on a Ballroom routine - he's only had the Waltz so far. I'd say possibly American Smooth for him (or he could be the candidate for the Viennese Waltz maybe).

Unless Anton does a show-step Lol. I see her struggling with this dance as well and complaining that it's really quick and that it has a lot of steps

Another good dance for Abbey . She's so much better in the ballroom. Can't wait to see Aljaz choreography on this foxtrot.

Ashley was just on Lorraine and said he is doing the Jive this week.

I've a weird feeling that Sophie and Brendan will have the Paso Doble... I hope she does.

I would have said that Natalie would have the charleston this week (unless Artem swerves it) but with her back I think they'll be kinder and give her a samba that shouldn't be as hard as a jive, salsa or charleston.

Mark says that his dance this week is 'totally different' (That makes me think Ballroom, and I'm guessing a Waltz maybe).

Rachel says her next dance is 'a good one #fightingcomeback' (makes me think either Paso Doble or Tango).
