I'd say Tyler, he couldn't act, his family were a total flop, his stupid cheeky chappy ladies man routine got old very quick:sleep:
and who could forget the painful boxing sl

Tyler, without a doubt!
I really don't have an issue with Joey's acting or character. My only critique would be that he needs to stop mumbling and pulling sulky faces all of the time!
Tyler for sure. He was the most boring character, and not even that good looking. At least Joey is good looking and he interacts with other characters more than Tyler did. And I don't understand why he gets criticised on here for mumbeling. I understand him fine.
Acting: He and his brother were absolutely awful.
Characterisation: Yawn. Twenty-something cheeky ladies man. Nothing original.
Plots: Boring relationship with Whitney that dragged her character down.
Family: Eddie's exit left them isolated and he may as well have not been related to Michael for all the scenes they had, although that was probably for the best as Michael is a good character and Tyler would have dragged him down like he did Whitney.
As for Joey. He's a bit better but still a cardboard cut-out of a character who served no purpose after Derek died and will serve even less once Alice leaves.
Character wise they are equally terrible. Both are banal and so had no scope.
Storyline wise Joey was more interesting to watch and was involved in more interesting stories.
Acting wise David Witts had more ability but that isnt really saying anything as...i cant remember his bloody name...the guy that player tyler....was absolutely terrible.
Tyler, as remember that summer when he, Eddie and Anthony were all shoved down our throats? *Shudder*
Joey, however, has been vastly underused, but has had an alright story line, which could have been tackled better, with his sort of incest relationship with Lauren.
Both, I can't pick between the two. If I had to though, I'd pick Joey. Even though Tyler was absolutely rubbish, he was slightly (only slightly) more tolerable than Joey.
Joey made a good first impression but it all went downhill. At least with Tyler they tried to do something different but all Joey has did is bang Whitney, Lauren and Lucy, all of which are supposed to be best friends.
The character simply shouldn't have existed, Derek should have been kept childless and there were already loads of Brannings on the show.
The stories Tyler were involved in were terrible as well but he was good in small doses.
Tyler was worse. I couldn't stand the way he grinned and the boxing was awful. I didn't like his brother and father either. Joey is only slightly better but Tyler and the rest of the Moons were so boring. I hated Tyler's exit in Danny's car like he was some sort of criminal. Thankfully he's gone though.
