Samsung Smart Hub Issues
Hi there,
is anyone else having issues with Smart Hub this weekend? When I press the Smart Hub button I just get a grey box that displays "Installing". Smart Hub never appears. I tried restarting and pulling the plug but no joy. |

The genius from Samsung support suggested that I launch Smart Hub, press the blue button and select Reset Smart Hub.

You're not connected to a smart DNS like Unblock Us by any chance are you?
I was having this problem for ages then found out it was because my IP address was changing but not registering with Unblock Us. Every time I want to access the smart hub now I visit the Unblock Us web page to register my new IP address with their system and Smart Hub then works fine. |
