identity theft question and tmobile contact
I hope i can get somewhere on digital spy but i have tried on my tmobile forum to no avail.
i have been the victim of identity theft with my bank account money has been taken or used my card details.natwest are sorting things out and are giving me a new account number, card, cheque book and pin, but i need to tell t mobile their direct debit has been cancelled and needs resetting up as its due 28th october i haven't got any direct email for them and can find nothing similar on their forum. what do i do i don't get paid till 31st there's not enough left to pay even if i could, there was quite a bit of money taken (which i know i will get back eventually) but i want to email them new information not talk on the phone.i would find it easier to do this as i use my smart phone for internet and text not many calls,as i am disabled.i also don't want to loose the use of the phone when the direct debit is returned i have had to tell all my creditors and bills about this i wish they were easier to contact. any constructive help would be appreciated. thanks Last edited by f1honeybunny : 21-10-2013 at 01:09. No email but try asking T-Mobile / EE's Twitter or Facebook agents for advice. There is always the option of going into one of the EE stores if one is nearby.
