E-ink reader with Android 2.3+
I appear to be searching for the impossible: I'd like an e-reader with an e-ink display that is running Android 2.3 or above natively, or can be hacked to do so.
For some reason they are very popular in Russia and Germany, but not in the UK. Any suggestions? |

Think the Kobo is like the earlier Sony devices, its running a fairly standard minimised Linux distribution. |

The cheap Nook Simple Touch runs Android and can be rooted.
