Halogen ovens and cooking dried pasta.....

I was planning in buying a Halogen oven to try and save on my eleccy bill..... I just realised that I cook a lot of pasta (dried) and I just want to know if I can cook this in the halogen, I am a bit worried about the amount of steam that will come off, also how good is it for heating bread and also frozen food? thanks a love sent bbuk

i wouldn't have thought that it was a particularly efficient way of cooking pasta!
