I think on some of them the heavy TV make up does them justice, and on others it doesn't. I remember seeing a few of them after the pro tour and both Ola and Aliona didn't look quite as good as they do on TV.

I thought Kristina was prettier though in real life and looked softer than she appears on TV, and Flavia absolutely stunning! I'd say she that even though she is one of the most naturally made up on SCD, TV doesn't do her enough justice as she is very very beautiful with lovely bone structure and flawless skin.

I have to agree that Flavia is the most beautiful woman to ever appear on SCD. She has greate features and a fantastic smile. Plus I love dimples.

I've looked through this thread and I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Denise Lewis. Although appearing on one of the earliest series I still think Denise is one of the most stunning women to appear on Strictly

I thought Aliona looked better than on TV during when we saw her on a Strictly tour!

Let's face it, all the pros are good looking. I always thought Katya was the most beautiful.

The pros are pretty much all lovely but Flavia especially is stunning and Katya is also very beautiful.

If I could look like any of them I'd probably pick Sophie. She has a quirky, ethereal beauty that is really lovely. Rachel is also incredibly pretty.

Mr LL would definitely make a case for Sophie as he's had a massive crush on her since she was in Theaudience and is consequently putting up with this year's series without complaint.

Personally I've always been an enormous fan of Abbey's looks - she's that rare thing, a truly beautiful WAG. She even looks gorgeous in the training footage, which not a lot of them can pull off.

I must be missing something because I really don't see what is attractive and certainly pretty about Rachel. She is clumsy in dances and I thought that's what matters not what a person looks like. Even if she were attractive, her lack of any sexiness, which should transend into Latin makes her even more unappealing. You could be unattractive and still be able to carry off the sex appeal if you know how to carry yourself. Craig had it spot on for me or Bruno when they said she is like a rag doll.

Being able to dance has got diddly squat to do with whether a celeb on a dancing show is attractive or not.

I find a lot of female pros attractive because there's a certain body type that appeals to me that naturally lends itself to dancing. The more slightly built cyclists, tennis players and rowers have the same effect, if truth be told, but I've long since accepted I'm a pervert!

I realise that but then lots of people are mentioning people who are no appearing this year eg Katya, Flavia, Kelly Brook to name a few. I just wanted to add someone else to the names that had been discussed because Denise was one of my favorite contestants.

Seriously, Rachel has sex appeal oozing from every pore, but it's certainly different from the in-your-face sexuality you might see from, say, a Latin pro dancer. It's a natural, unforced kind of attractiveness (I was about to say "girl-next-door" but that doesn't really fit either).

Anyway, I've never yet encountered a straight guy who would kick her out of bed for eating crackers.

For this year:

Rachel is I think incredibly pretty, she has a lovely, innocent quality about her.

Sophie has such a beautiful but unusual face that draws you to her.

Fiona is very attractive, given her advanced years. She still has a lovely smile. I just wish she'd change her hairstyle - it's been described as a 'helmet head' and I think she'd look even prettier if she'd soften it a bit.

Natalie is very stunning looking, and I just love her hair, it's incredible (though poor Artem if it keeps whipping into his face ... I'd just HATE that) but she has strange eyes which spoils her look somewhat (one of her eyes seems much bigger than the other one).

Abby is obviously attractive, but for me her face is a bit too thin, and her ears stick out. Amazing eyes though.

I would have said Flavia for the most attractive pro, or Katya, but they're not in it this year, so I'm struggling. Maybe Iveta? She has incredible bone structure and has that wonderful Russian look about her.

edited to add: my OH, who is forced to watch this, thinks Darcey is one of the most beautiful women ever. He's said that if we ever split up she'd be his second choice, lol.

Of the celebrities, I would say Rachel is the prettiest. I don't find her particularly sexy though.
All the female professionals are quite sexy in my opinion. I guess dancers just have that kind of "look" about them, they know how to make the most of their assets.
But I'll stick with Ola, it would be disloyal to change after all these years.

She has incredible legs. I think it was the week before last, when she was sat with the other judges talking to Claudia..I just thought..wow !
