Well, it's nice that even though she was accepted for who she is, she still feels the need to change herself even more.

I don't read the tabloids or celeb mags, so I might be wrong, but it does seem that Nadia only gets the limelight these days for body shape stories.........boobs, weight, exercise

I think you could have hit the nail on the head there. Not content with being accepted as a woman she appears determined to be a sex symbol. I'm a straight woman so can't comment on that. You're going to have to help me out here guys. Has she got a chance?
