My EXPERT ANALYSIS of the results tells us the following:

- We all think one of the four main girls (Natalie, Sophie, Abbey or Susanna) will top the leaderboard; Natalie is far and away the winner, and including people who mentioned more than one name Abbey and Sophie are roughly equal behind her (albeit with about one third of the predictions she has!)
- We are all unanimous that Dave will be bottom
- Fiona is runaway favourite to appear in the bottom 2 this week, then Deborah and then Rachel (in other words, the three girls who aren't predicted to top the leaderboard), with only Mark having any notable amount of guesses apart from those three. In spite of us all agreeing that Dave will be bottom again we don't think his public support will run out yet

IMHO....
Top: Natalie
Bottom: Rachel or Dave
Dance off: Fiona and Rachel
Leaving: Rachel

Fascinating tonight. We may well really see who the public is behind by who ends up in tonight's bottom 2.

Personally I think Deborah and Dave are very popular. Mark too but I don't think quite as much as these two. If Rachel/Fiona score highly Mark may be in danger. Just a possible projection...

Thoughts?

I agree completely

I also think we are in for a "shock" bottom 2 at some point, possibly not this week, but in the next 2 weeks

If there is then it will be Natalie

I would be very surprised. Apart from judges points keeping her near the top, she is no where near as unpopular as Denise was. It was not until near the end Denise was in the danger zone.

Well I take it like me you'll be checking out the spoiler thread laetr Mrs F to see if our hunch is right lol

Yes was thinking that today - big big shock bottom 2 soon...

imho think in couple of weeks we could see Abby there and when we're down to bottom 5 or 6 wouldn't be surprised to see Natalie there

I hope your right because she is by far my favourite

I think Natalie will appear in a dance-off, but probably later down the line when there are fewer contestants - with so many still left and her likely to be consistently top or near the top of the leaderboard she's probably safe for a while yet regardless of public vote. Ashley or Patrick are probably the best candidates for the "shock" bottom two this side of Blackpool.

Sorry I'm with Hannah on this one. Nothing against Natalie at all but I have had quite a lot of negative feedback from people saying they are not enjoying her intensity nor her hard drive. Just feeding back...

Which backs up my comment.

Suspect Abbey will be in the dance off before Natalie.

Just based on last weeks FB likes Mark got the most, followed by Ben then Natalie.

So where this idea she is not popular is coming from, I have no idea.

Last year it was obvious from early on that Denise & James lacked support. Really do not get the same level of dislike for Natalie & Artem.

But I do know a lot of people who dont like Natalie because they think she has an unfair advantage over the other celebrities which I dont agree with.

Agree, it does seem odd. Especially as Artem's choreography will probably stop Len giving a 10, whilst her physical hip restrictions will stop Craig giving a 10 for most Latin dances.

It wasn't obvious that Denise & James did not have public support until they actually ended up in the dance-off. Looking at stuff like the Strictly instagram account or the BBC's Youtube channel views, she was riding quite high there - and yet still was eventually shown to lack public support in weeks 10 and 11.

Natalie is already facing similar stuff that Denise faced last year - people are already saying she's already a pro and shouldn't be allowed to compete, much as Denise did.

Suspect the one slipping under the radar for this is Susanna. Looks very well supported by the judges & BBC, but not quite getting the same appreciation from the public.

Natalie at least stirs the public passions in a Marmite way.

I also think that Abbey may be in the bottom 2 at some point especially if she has a bad dance ( one of her latin ) . Aljaz needs to keep producing entertaining and good routines. Abbey needs to up her game in the Latin dances.
From what I've seen/read elsewhere , not a lot of people are fond of Natalie dancing not because they don't like her but mostly because of her dance experience. So I see Natalie also finding herself in the bottom 2 at some point. Fortunately for Natalie, whoever is in that bottom 2 with her, won't be saved by the judges

I honestly think this board is out of step with public opinion this year (happens quite a bit). Everyone I know either outright supports Natalie or loves to watch her dance. Really can't see her being bottom 2.

Susanna is popular with the public I think. I love her and my friends like her along with Sophie.

Think she has enough support not to go so early.

Abbey Clancey I think will be one who will most struggle with public vote. Natalie is also like DVO / Lisa Snowdon type figure this season so I doubt she will win and will be near the dance off towards the later weeks.

Yes Susannah and Sophie are very popular with the public.
I think that unfortunately ( because I like her ) , Abbey is the one who will find herself in the bottom 2 at some point .

Wow! Really? Lisa couldn't dance (imo) and was massively overscored by the judges. I don't see that with Natalie, she deserves the scores she's getting. DVO comparisons are fairer, I think.

Lisa Snowdon in terms of popularity. Maybe it was a little harsh

I just don't see the brilliance in Natalie as the judges seem to rave about. I kind of switch off whenever she performs. I only really liked her Cha Cha and thats it.
