Makes you wonder about some of the posters on here.

Wow posted at 1pm and no replies I imagine if this was Apple that had done the same thing it would be a 30 page thread by now.

It does make you wonder whether its more widespread.

It's not big news because they all get up to these sort of things.

This sort of news only causes problems to those who claim to have principles of not dealing with companies that break the law. I expect those principles are fairly selective.

Yes indeed. I think there are some quite 'enthusiastic' Apple dislikers this forum.

I'm sure they all do it. There is a good reason why Samsung are trouncing HTC and it's not because they necessarily do better phones.

It's down to marketing errors from HTC and the excellent marketing of the Galaxy brand.

Maybe because most people are working and the fact this was done to death not long ago when it was first found out.....

Anyway, yes, it is a stupid thing to do, but i bet every company has done this at some point.

Glad they got fined. Might teach them and others a little lesson.
