The app is called currency convert. I realise it's an advert but it's typical of those adverts on Windows or Mac OS X that tell you something is wrong with your machine when it isn't and usually turns out to be malware.
I've just run it again and it's now redirected me to freshmobilecontent.com which is telling me my mobile device is infected with a virus, 617,493 threats found in the last 7 days and offering me an AV download.
Seems like a dodgy bit of software to me - even though it came from the app store which is immune from such things
Its not immune from adverts which this is all it is! No different to apps offering to download games.

Personally i would just ignore it or just uninstall it

Actually it's not the app that's dodgy but the advert. I downloaded another currency program and it's coming up with the same ad which takes me to the same place.

Yeah, some apps just use the same ad server.

For currency conversion, just use Google Now. You're in Kenya, so Google Now will automatically give you the current rate anyway.

You're best off searching for low rated apps with only a handful of downloads and published by an unknown developer. If you try very hard , I'm sure you'll be able to find the malware you seem to be looking for....

Well the second one I downloaded was rated 5* with 14 million downloads, so I'm not quite sure what you are saying.

The first thing I did when I got it was Settings/Display/Font Size/Large

You are better off using accessibility than changing the font size. Tap the screen three times in a row will magnify the screen. Tap it another three times to revert to normal.

The pull out TV antenna looks odd and I wonder if you'd accidentally press the buttons which are all at the back of the phone when it was in your pocket or bag.

I have 60 apps and all my music is on google music. So on the cloud. All my pics when i take them upload to dropbox or google drive.

To be honest, with all the cloud storage free these days, there is for me anyway, no need for tons of storage on the phone.

Yeah I'm pretty happy with 16gb on a phone. or on my Nexus 7. I'm a little over that on my 10" tablet but thats because I have lots and lots and lots of stuff on there I don't really need, like a dozen big download games.

8gb would be pushing it, but unless you're storing lots of local video, 16gb is fine for most people I reckon.

Hmmm not sure about the LG G2. It seems plasticy lol but apart from the LG G2 i don't know what to get?

Nexus 5 like you said is made for buying it out right and I can't do that. I need a pay monthly phone.

It's got an underwater camera. The Sony Xperia Z Ultra is even bigger. 6.4"

It was the first thing I did when I finally got 4.2 on the HTC - I've used the equivalent on IOS for years (double tap with 3 fingers) and was really missing it on Android. However, that still doesn't achieve what IOS manages because you then have to scroll round the screen to see the whole page. Also the Android implementation of this is poorly thought out as I am forever doing it accidentally e.g I have a three SIM and it is quite common to type 333, also when deleting text backwards it's very common to type the same key three times quickly.

Does it not do the same thing. How do you magnify and show the entire screen

I dont understand the three SIM bit you wrote, whats the relevance of 333?
