I would love to see Claudia in the Tesspit, and someone much younger, calmer, less self-centred and more in control - can't
think of anyone of the top of my head...

For the judges, keep Craig, Darcey and Bruno,but ditch Len. As a replacement, bring back an old pro - I am sure Ian would be up for it...

Maybe it's time that Bruce retires but I don't want Anton to take his place . I don't mind Claudia and Tess presenting together for both shows.

Agree and with exactly the same imponderable question of who to present.

Don't really think it needs a big name as the show stands on its own merits. A competent link person who can make the odd quip gives an opportunity for a new or lesser known face to get some recognition.

Just the obvious one: retire Forsyth and have Claudia do the main show as well as the results show as in the flu week.

Not strictly true. If you think what they did to 'Masterchef', might yet do to 'Great British Bake Off' when they move it to BBC1 and have done to Strictly such as the introductiom of theme weeks, often their agenda is "If it ain't broke, fix it ". Just depends of which group of work exprience "Meeja" Studies students they put in charge.

I would get rid of the panto personas like Craig puts on and have them be themselves and just judge

I would get rid of Len and replace him with Karen Hardy. Ditch Bruce and replace him with anyone who can make it to the end of the auto cue without fluffing and tell a joke without feeling the need to explain it afterwards. Ditch Tess and replace her with Claudia.

I would not change anything.

Sir Bruce is Mr Saturday Night and despite his problems due to age the show would be less without him.

Tess does an ok job as his carer so I would stick with her.

Claudia has the grace and posture of a sloth on amphetamines and is not every ones cup of tea.

The judging panel is balanced and fine as it is.

It is broke though, Cantos, it really is.

Bruce and Len have lost their marbles over the last few series.

But given the ratings, the less than knowledgeable drawn to this show from the X-Factor, don't really care, so neither do the BBC.

I'm fine with the judges, though probably wouldn't mind losing Bruno as much as the others. (ETA: I still think Len is good value for money).

I really don't like Tess as a host. Ten years in and she has no rapport with anyone on the show or with the show itself. I'd like to see someone with an aptitude for dance take her place.
