I'd much rather poach a female pro than a male one to be honest. I think our current male pro line-up is stronger than the female pro line-up (even with Anton and Robin, they both have their place even if I'm not a huge fan), and most of the male pros on DWTS bring a very predictable sort of tedious manufactured "drama" in their wake
I'd probably plump for Cheryl or, based on what I've heard, Emma. I like Karina and Anna T (is she still doing it?) but we probably have enough feisty Russian/Baltic women as it is.

Of all the Russian women, Anna T is probably the softest. She's pregnant atm.
I'd vote for Derek amongst the boys, although I dont think he's having a good season this year

I love Derek but he's too clean cut for my taste 
My fondness for Mark is partly due to a kind of 'knowingness'. He has one of the campest hip actions I've ever seen, but is still a blokey bloke - sometimes it almost seems like irony. He is my favourite pro boy when doing the ladies part too (although James and Brendan are pretty good).
Plus, I like me a tattooed boy - would be fun to see a certain forummers reaction to a pro with a full sleeve.
The Brit connection adds to Mark's appeal too, don't get me wrong, I love our Baltic dancers (Artem is my current SCD fave) but I adored the 'Joyce made her own dress' old style Come Dancing and I can't imagine say, Kristina, doing that!

Sorry, but I was in the US this week and watched on Monday while there. Our UK crew is heaps better!
I did like Derek, but on the whole, happy with what we have.

She's well beyond the show at this point. She's taking lead roles in Hollywood movies.
Sharna Burgess - another Aussie to keep Natalie Lowe company.
I don't know if these count Henry Byalikov - he started out on the Aussie version. He's now part of the troupe on the US version and he does a lot of pro choreo but hasn't been part of the competing pro line up yet. Also former DWTS pro Dmitry Chaplin, erm mainly because he's very good looking but he's also a very good dancer and choreographer
Tbh though after the debacle of the strictly producers trying to poach Emma Slater this year, I think unless they know the pro is fully committed to wanting to join then it's a bad idea them trying to nick pros from DWTS.
