Hi

I need some advise please. Bought a Kindle Fire for my mother in law. I downloaded an audiobook through Audible but cannot find it on the tablet.

The Audible App is not in the Apps section, but if I look in the Applications section in settings and then in Installed Applications it is showing there, but when I go into it it only lets me Force Stop or Clear Data. It will not let me put the App into the carousel or Apps section.

How can I get the Audible App onto to carousel, or preferably add a section at the top that just says "Audiobooks" next to shop, games, apps etc....so that all Audible downloads go straight into there.

Have you phoned Amazon?

They own Kindle and Audible so if anyone knows - they will.

Not yet, just seeing if any answers here before contacting them.

Good luck with that - I'd have tried them first

On my Kindle Fire HD you can choose Audiobooks from the list of items above the carousel. It's only appeared there quite recently after an update.
