Kristina Rihanoff has gone up in my estimation. Her English is better than Claudia's .

I'm just watching Saturday's show on iPlayer and they are in the Tess Pit.

Claudia to Ben: You did great

Kristina adds: He did so very well.

I hate "You did good" "You did great". When did that arrive?

I've noticed lots of TV people do similar though, esp football pundits (usually ex players) or even present players when they're interviewed after a match, and I'm talking about the English ones, not the foreign ones.

They say "the team done well."

"We done it, they done it."

"It weren't a great performance."

Even the James Jordan constantly uses "we done" instead of "we did" and Ola seems to copy him.

I really like Flavia, but I would say she is striking rather than beautiful. She wears quite heavy eye make up a lot though e.g. black eye liner, but it suits her.

I think all the dancers & celebs have to wear loads of makeup for their performances, but go for a much more natural look when they are off duty. Ola has acne prone skin and it can look bad, but she's still really pretty. Her makeup at red carpet events is much more subtle and quite modern too. Kristina looks lovely too in her off duty makeup, but she goes for the glamorous look at red carpet events, etc.

An article in a women's magazine a few years ago showed about 5 female pros bare faced & they looked SO different!
Agree Buddy re the BIBs

I also don't think Flavia is a natural beauty - but striking she certainly is, and always looks amazing.

Ola does have dreadful skin but she does have a real prettiness about her.

The pro though, who I think is the greatest natural beauty without any make up AT ALL, is Kristina - she has such lovely eyes and her skin is gorgeous.

we all need a little help here and there (some of us more than others - takes me longer every morning lol) but I think Kristina has a very lovely natural look.

Hi Laballe, as I said, I think in in the minority with Ola so respect your opinion. Yes there needs to be more of a balance and focus on other dancing bringing their professionalism to the forefront. It seems that these two automatically get 'bragging rights.'
This. ^

....
I can't think of anybody on screen or television to match Flavia Cacace's beauty. Maybe Juliette Binoche or Aitana Sánchez Gijón. Or in the past Sofia Loren and Gina Lollabrigida.

But then I haven't seen any of them before make-up and breakfast.

I know you love her, Henry, and am sure you'd love to see her before breakfast, where I am sure she would appear as beautiful as ever!

Beauty is subjective of course - and to me she isn't beautiful without her make up - gorgeous, YES, stunning - YES, utterly lovely and gorgeous girl - YES - but I have a different idea of beauty.

All those women you mention also, I absolutely adore - but they are not beautiful either in the same way that to me, Flavia isn't.

They all have a slight kookiness about their looks - very sexy, very stunning.........but to me - beautiful? no - and I don't mean that in any kind of mean way.

They for sure are all wonderful charismatic and incredibly attractive women - and it's their fabulous individuality that makes them stand out but I'm sure most would agree with you rather than with me on this one.

Is just my opinion

You can't compare Kristina with English footballers, that's a non existent comparison.

I think Kristina should probably tone down her make-up, as she wears far too much and it makes her look a bit harsh and cheap.

Both Kristina and Ola like to show themselves off in their Latin dances, often to the detriment of their partners. I don't rate either of them as choreographers.
OMG are you serious! I think Kristina's choreography has been amazing this series! Both of them are professional Latin dancers so they are going to "show off" more in those dances. Yes I agree they make their partners look better in the latin dances but that's when it shows their choreography is really good/clever

I disagree with people saying they seem to be the main focus of the professionals but I was thinking how much they've been in the background of most routines and for me I have to say they are the better dancers of the females so should be in the front as they deserve it.

You're all on a hiding to nothing comparing beauties. I settle for the one that wrestles me into submission.

I love both of these dancers. I have seen them live on numerous occasions. Kristina is a fantastic dancer, she's strong in both Latin and ballroom. She is beautiful and speaks very well.

OMG how can you not like Ola ha ha, she lovely she's always tweeting nice stuff and joking around. shocked lol

Kristina I can take or leave but she has always come across fairly well.

As for Flavia and beauty, I have to agree she is stunning and actually looks better in real life. Have seen her a few times now and as a woman I find it quite easy to say she is one of the prettiest women I have ever seen.

I cant stand it when people say 'more better' Kristina's spoken English is very good IMO

I don't like or dislike them. How can I when I don't know them. Just think its a shame they (or anybody else male or female) don't use their fame and clout to do some good. Spreading your legs for money from the Daily Mail isn't really a good role model.
You seem to have a dislike for Brendan. Do you know him personally?

Hello Terry, I knew those remarks would come; sure there will be more. It's not really helpful when FMs make sly digs like that. Where's the insight? I suppose they mean I'm being catty. I guess this applies to all the FMs who make critques and observations that aren't favourable with this particular poster
Spot on! The original post was catty.

Just what insight are you talking about? The insight you get from only watching these people on TV? You don't know them, have never met them and probably never will, yet you presume to judge them and their characters from a couple of minutes on TV.

As far as I can see you seem to be able to slyly criticise those who can't answer back but don't like it when somebody criticises you in return.

Kristina got on my wick this weekend, has been tweeting all weekend saying how unfair the scores were, favouritsm etc....etc.... - I understand she is disappointed but its a bit sour grapes Kristina, you did a really good job with Ben, but its time to go.

I love both of them. Fabulous ladies and I love the passion Kristina has to succeed for her partner. She is right if she is tweeting, because her and Ben was clearly and transparently the better couple in the dance off. I was happy to see Mark in for a long run, but let's face it he cannot dance !!! and his time came to go.
