Has there been 1 or 2 moments on strictly that just wowed you? If I had have been old enough to appreciate Jill's jive in series 2 it would be that, but for me it's either Rachel and Vincent's AT, Kelly and Brendan's Viennese Waltz or Matt and Flavia's Salsa!

What about everyone else?

Three stand outs for me were: Karen and Mark's AT - I still watch it once in a while, still get goosebumps, still grin like a dafty at Karen's "Oh. Yes!" and still cry when Karen cries at getting 3 tens.

James and Cherie's rhumba - just gorgeous.

Brian and Ali's Viennese waltz - so beautiful, so emotional.

Louis' Tango with Flavia to Disturbia and their free dance

Those were probably my two favourite couples too

Oh gosh i'm sure there are lots more i cant think of offhand

I really enjoyed Sophie's Charleston this year
and Natalie and Artem's Rumba

I a sucker for tangoes and american smooth though.. and i love to see a quickstep

And I still want to thump Craig for giving that dance only a nine.

Lots of 'favourite' dances that I can watch again and again, but Mark and Karen's AT is definitely my 'stand out' moment.

It was her best dance, and the dress was gorgeous.

Mark and Karen's AT gave me goosebumps when I first saw it and I still enjoy it when I rewatch it.

It was not flashy but the sheer intensity of it caught the mood of the dance perfectly

Tom and Camilla's show dance. The best show dance ever in my opinion.

Tom and Camilla's showdance.
Jill's jive.
Mark and Karen's AT.

And, of course (and for all the wrong reasons), the Bacofoil Incident.

Most of mine have already been mentioned:

Mark and Karen's AT: pure intensity, the first (possibly only) time he 100% 'sold' a dance. Everything came togther perfectly: the mood, the music, the choreography and the quality of dancing.

Tom and Camilla's showdance: especially coming after what had gone before! Summed Tom up perfectly, he was all about the Hollywood/showman/tap/Fred Astaire vibe. I switched my vote to him in that year's final after that dance.

Kelly and Brendan's AS: who cares about an illegal lift? One of the best dances of all-time for me and my favourite AS by miles. She oozed pure Hollywood glamour throughout.

Chris and Ola's Charleston: it was the first ever Charleston, it suited him down to the ground (which admittedly wasn't very far in his case ), Ola looked gorgeous, I loved the song and the 'swimming' bit at the end. Not the most technically perfect dance but pure entertainment.

Lisa and Brendan's VW: no-one choreographs a VW like Brendan and this was beautiful from beginning to end.

The opening few bars of Alesha and Matthew's cha cha: just something about that moment when she flung her head back and her arms up proudly in a "I own this dancefloor" way to the first blaring horns of Beyonce's "Crazy in Love". The rest of the dance didn't quite live up to the beginning but it was the moment I started to see her as the winner.

And a pro one - Katya and Pasha's jive/quickstep to Caro Emerald singing "That Man". One of the fastest jives I've ever seen, and a glimpse of what Katya might have done if she'd ever been given a genuine contender.
