Does anyone have the same trouble of slow loading of BT internet channels data , even with unlimited BT Infinity 2 ?

EPG banner slow to act to buttons press on remote

Also some parts seem to work slower then other parts of the youview software....

Is there any part you would change to the software ?

Would it be nice for customer to be able to order extra channels monthly by the software other then having to phone orders ?

Would a extra page in the software to give customer data about new channels/ software/ new freeview HD mux data / new local channels mux data / other data ???

The EPG loads so much slower then any Digital TV / Box I have had or seen...
The reaction between the remote and the software on screen is slow on most times yet few others it faster, so this means that speed is there it just not there 90%.....

The BT part of the EPG is very slow in loading and would like to know why as it must be able to use a little of the ram or hard drive to store a few days all is need to update slots that need to be done and then dose not need to load fully each time you look at it?????

I would also like to know why sometimes the channel name is under the number in the grey square when you press to change channels and other times it's not there ???
